Chinese firm ShyaHsin Packaging invests €16.86 million in Portuguese cosmetics packaging factory
ShyaHsin Packaging expects to open its high-quality cosmetics packaging manufacturing facility in Maceira, Leiria, in late 2026, and may be eligible for tax incentives under an investment agreement with AICEP.
