Stefano Cantino has been appointed co-CEO of Dolce & Gabbana
The former Gucci executive will work alongside Alfonso Dolce, the group’s chairman and chief executive. His appointment comes after the announcement of Stefano Gabbana’s resignation as chairman of Dolce & Gabbana.
