Magic: The Gathering’s Marvel Super Heroes set has plenty of options if you want to open packs, but Draft Night is made for turning them into a game with friends.
As of July 13, the Magic: The Gathering Marvel Super Heroes Draft Night box is on sale at $98.99 at Amazon. That’s $21 off its $119.99 list price, taking 18% off the self-contained drafting kit altogether.
This is the lowest price we’ve seen for the box on Amazon so far (as confirmed with price tracker camelcamelcamel). The listing is shipped and sold by Amazon directly, with free delivery listed for July 19, or July 15 for Prime members. Just take note that Amazon is marking this product as final sale with no returns, so make sure you’re happy with the box before ordering.
Amazon isn’t the cheapest option overall, though. Unopened TCGplayer listings start at $91.18 with shipping included. That’s only a few dollars higher than the trading card platform’s market price of $88.30.
For those unfamiliar with this format of Magic, Draft Night is built around a Pick-Two Draft for four players. Everyone starts with three Marvel Super Heroes Play Boosters, opens the first, selects two cards, and passes the rest around. Once all three packs have been drafted, each player builds a 40-card deck using their picks and the Basic Lands included in the box.
The four players then pair off for two matches, with the winners meeting in a final. Whoever comes out on top gets the included Marvel Super Heroes Collector Booster as the prize — unless your group decides to divide the cards instead.
Inside the box, you’re getting 12 Play Boosters with 14 cards apiece, one 15-card Collector Booster, 90 Basic Land cards, and 10 double-sided token cards. Each Play Booster contains at least one rare or mythic rare and a traditional foil, while the Collector Booster includes multiple foils and premium treatments.
Split four ways, Amazon’s price comes to roughly $24.75 per person for a complete Marvel-themed draft night.
