Groupe Rocher selects Regent to acquire Petit Bateau
Groupe Rocher has chosen U.S. firm Regent to acquire French heritage label Petit Bateau, as part of a plan to focus on cosmetics and hand over the brand to a specialist in reviving legacy companies.
