Prada CEO Andrea Guerra says Versace deal set to close in fortnight, no approach made by Armani
In a conference call with analysts, Guerra said that the Versace deal has not yet been finalised, and that Prada would not be involved in the Armani operation in the event that its partner L’Oréal was.
