Beaumanoir and Celio win joint bid for Jennyfer stores
Following a court ruling, Beaumanoir Group and Celio will take over 33 Jennyfer stores. Beaumanoir also acquired the brand name and plans to relaunch it. Nearly 600 employees will lose their jobs.
