California-based group VSP Vision has completed its acquisition of Marcolin from PAI Partners
US eyewear giant VSP Vision, which has owned fellow US company Marchon since 2008, continues its acquisition drive in the eyewear sector with the completion of its purchase of Italian group Marcolin.
