EssilorLuxottica acquires stake in Thailand’s Top Charoen
The agreement positions EssilorLuxottica as a partner in Top Charoen, Thailand’s largest optical retail chain, which operates more than 2,000 stores nationwide. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
