IKKS: Paris commercial court approves acquisition bid by Santiago Cucci and Michaël Benabou
The Paris commercial court has approved the bid put forward by Santiago Cucci and Michaël Benabou to buy the French premium-ready-to-wear specialist. They will be taking over 219 stores with 546 employees.
