Kering announces ‘phased’ acquisition of jewellery components manufacturer Raselli Franco Group
On Thursday, the French luxury group announced plans to acquire the Italian company specialising in the manufacture of jewellery components, with the aim of acquiring 100% of its shares by 2032.
