Klépierre announces changes to the governance of its Supervisory Board
At its meeting on April 3, 2026, Klépierre’s Supervisory Board appointed Stanley Shashoua as its chairman and Emmanuel Cronier as a non-independent member of the Supervisory Board for a one-year term.
