Rams Global, Swinger International, and SRI Group acquire minority stake in Etro
Rams Global, Mathias Facchini of Swinger International, and banker Giulio Gallazzi, via SRI Group, have acquired the minority stake previously held by the Etro family. L Catterton remains Etro’s majority shareholder.
