French court prohibits Shein from selling products that imitate Lacoste’s crocodile logo across the EU
The French judiciary has provisionally banned the Asian e-commerce giant from selling items bearing the famous crocodile logo on its platform, having found a “likelihood of trademark infringement by imitation.”
