Lululemon says talks with founder collapsed, says his perspectives are “outdated”
Lululemon Athletica tried unsuccessfully to settle its bitter proxy fight with Chip Wilson last week and said the athletic apparel maker’s founder has “outdated perspectives,” according to a filing on Monday.
